Through a video shared on social media, Jyothi confirmed that while Chowdary is a close family friend, she has never procured drugs from him. Pledging full cooperation with the ongoing investigation, she stated her willingness to respond to any police notices and even offer her mobile phone for examination. She also indicated her readiness to undergo a narcotics test if necessary. Additionally, actress Surekha Vani has spoken out, denying the allegations against her related to this drug case. She asserts that the false claims are causing significant distress to her family.
