Visakhapatnam: A sensational kidnapping incident unfolded in Visakhapatnam on Thursday, as the wife and son of MP MVV Satyanarayana were abducted by a group of criminals. The thugs reportedly stormed into the MP's residence in Rishikonda and forcefully seized the two family members and demanded Rs 50 crores. The miscreants also kidnapped auditor Gannamaneni Venkateshwar Rao. However, the swift response of the police ensured a timely rescue operation. Acting promptly upon receiving the information about the abduction, law enforcement authorities located the whereabouts of the kidnappers and successfully freed the captives. Meanwhile, MP MVV Satyanarayana, who was in Hyderabad at the time, expressed his relief over the safe rescue of his loved ones. In a statement released following the incident, he reassured the public that his family members are unharmed.
