The Telangana High Court has adjourned the hearing on the anticipatory bail petition filed by Kadapa MP Y.S. Avinash Reddy in the murder case of former Andhra Pradesh minister Y.S. Vivekananda Reddy. The case will be taken up by the special vacation bench on Friday at 10:30 am. During the proceedings, Justice M. Laxman, representing the bench, inquired about the timeframe required by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) counsel to present their arguments. The CBI counsel estimated that it would take approximately an hour to complete their submission. Upon seeking input from Avinash Reddy's lawyers and Vivekananda Reddy's daughter, Sunitha Reddy, regarding their anticipated argument duration, they expressed that it would depend on the arguments presented by the other parties involved. Considering the circumstances, the court decided to adjourn the hearing until Friday, providing all parties with additional time to prepare their arguments and evidence.
