As the Karnataka election battle heats up, leaders and supporters of political parties have launched extensive campaigns to win over their opponents. While some are actively moving around as campaign leaders, others are asking for votes by promising to serve the people. In a bid to sway voters, film stars have also entered the fray. Among them is Tollywood's popular comedian, Brahmanandam, who has now stepped into Kannada politics. Brahmanandam recently participated in the election campaign of BJP candidate Sudhakar in Chikballapur, where he interacted with the people and spoke in Telugu, given the presence of many Telugu speakers in the constituency. The actor lent his support to Health Minister Dr K Sudhakar and campaigned for him in Chikballapur.
