Uttarakhand Finance Minister Premchand Aggarwal and his associates have been caught on camera assaulting a man after an argument on a road in Rishikesh on Tuesday. The victim, identified as Surendra Singh Negi, was reportedly beaten up by the minister and his supporters. A video of the incident has been circulating on social media, showing Aggarwal having an argument with Negi before slapping him. When another man tried to intervene, Aggarwal’s security personnel allegedly assaulted them both. In the video, the minister and his associates are seen delivering multiple blows on the man. While Negi was not available for comment, Aggarwal claimed that the man had verbally abused him without any provocation.
