He explained that Telugu states have contributed many great saints, acharyas, and sages to Kashi and underlined the significance of the black thread tied on the hands in the temples of Andhra and Telangana, which is called "Kashi Daram". The PM's mention of Vemulawada, a temple town in Telangana known for its Sri Raja Rajeshwara Swamy Temple, highlights the cultural exchange and interconnectivity between different regions of India.
