Superstar Rajinikanth's participation in NTR's centenary celebrations in Vijayawada on Friday has drawn criticism from YSRCP leaders, with former minister Kodali Nani lashing out at the actor in a press meet on Saturday. Nani questioned Rajinikanth's support for Chandrababu Naidu over his ruling and vision, citing past incidents such as the throwing of slippers at NTR at the Viceroy's Hotel. Nani faulted Rajinikanth for praising Chandrababu and stated that it was a shame for him to do so, given Chandrababu's alleged cheating of late NTR on his last political days. He also criticized Rajinikanth for supporting Chandrababu at the Viceroy Hotel while heaping praise on late NTR, calling him Yuga Purush. Nani concluded by saying that while Rajinikanth may be a hero in Tamil Nadu, he is a zero in Andhra Pradesh.
