Karnataka: Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, the Congress General Secretary, visited the Sri Sringeri Sharada Peetham in Chikkamagaluru, Karnataka and offered prayers. During her visit, she also fed the temple elephant and took pictures, which have since gone viral on the internet. At a rally in Sringeri, Priyanka Gandhi spoke about her visit to Sringeri Math and meeting with Shankaracharya, the pontiff of the Math. She sought blessings for her brother and was grateful to receive them. Earlier, Priyanka Gandhi also showcased her culinary skills by making dosas during her Mysur visit.
