The young cricketer received the Player of the Match (POTM) award from his father, Sachin Tendulkar, in a proud moment for the family. Arjun's impressive bowling performance included his maiden IPL wicket, which he picked up while conceding only four runs. In the final over, he defended 20 runs, finishing with figures of 1/18 in 2.5 overs. This played a significant role in MI winning their third consecutive game. Following the match, head coach Mark Boucher expressed his admiration for the young player, particularly for his opening spell in the powerplay and his composure under pressure in the final over.
