The lawyer then requested the liberty to mention the case before another bench, which further irked the CJI. The normally composed CJI expressed his irritation and warned the lawyer not to pull any pranks on him. The term 'responsibility' refers to the act of determining whether or not a person is responsible for their actions. The lawyer, sensing the mood of the bench, apologized and requested that his submissions be excused.
