A video has surfaced on social media showing two girls disrespecting India's national anthem while smoking cigarettes. The video quickly went viral, prompting several netizens and a lawyer from Calcutta High Court to demand action against the girls. The Barackpore cyber cell has also filed a complaint regarding the video's upload on various social media platforms. The video has since been deleted. According to reports, an investigation has been launched to determine the details of the post on Facebook or any other social media platform. "The necessary details are being collected about the post, and further action will be taken soon after the investigation," said Aloke Rajoria, police commissioner of Barrackpore, in a statement to the Times of India. However, it remains unclear whether the girls involved are minors.
