Former President Donald Trump has been indicted in connection to a payment made to Stormy Daniels, and on the same day, the adult film star has been ordered by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to pay over $121,000 in legal fees to two law firms. Daniels had sued Trump for defamation after he tweeted a photo of her ex-husband and a composite sketch she commissioned of a man she claimed had threatened her. The judge dismissed her case and ordered her to pay Trump's legal fees in 2018, and the court has now ruled that her argument that the fees were too high is not well-founded. Trump's request for $5,150 was denied because it was not itemized.
