CSK Launches Anthem to Get Fans Pumped for IPL 2023 Opener

The Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have launched their new anthem for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, just before their first match against the Gujarat Titans (GT). The two teams are scheduled to compete in the season opener at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, following the opening ceremony on Friday, March 31.

The anthem song showcases the CSK team, with appearances by skipper MS Dhoni, Dwayne Bravo, Devon Conway, and other squad members, as well as the team's new recruit, Ben Stokes. The lyrics of the anthem are predominantly in Tamil.

The Chennai franchise has shared the anthem song on their official Instagram account with the caption:

"It's that time of the year when the Super Kings come together with #Yellove as a pride to roar! What are you waiting for? Get ready to #WhistlePodu with our official anthem!"
