Bilkis Bano Case: MLC Kavitha Slams BJP for Giving Platform to R*pist

BRS leader K. Kavitha has expressed her strong disapproval of BJP's decision to allow one of the convicts in the Bilkis Bano gang-r*pe case to share a stage with a BJP MP and MLA in Gujarat.

Kavitha, who is the daughter of BRS president and Telangana Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, took to Twitter to voice her outrage about the situation. She stated that it was unacceptable for perpetrators of such heinous crimes against women to be celebrated and given a platform, while the victims continued to plead for justice.

In her tweet, Kavitha highlighted that the entire nation was watching as the convicted r*pist was given a prominent position on stage alongside BJP officials. She questioned the moral values of the community and how such actions were representative of India's current state.
