New Delhi: Arvind Kejriwal, the Chief Minister of Delhi, made a pledge on March 22nd to clean up the Yamuna river and even take a dip in it before the next Assembly elections. During a media address, Kejriwal revealed that his Aam Aadmi Party government has developed a comprehensive six-point action plan for the river's restoration.

Kejriwal's commitment to cleaning the Yamuna river comes amid growing concerns over its alarming pollution levels, which have posed severe health and environmental hazards for residents in the region. With this ambitious plan in place, the Delhi government aims to address the issue of water pollution and ensure that the Yamuna is restored to its former glory.
