On Wednesday, Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister Y. S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and his wife Y. S. Bharati Reddy marked the Telugu new year, Ugadi, with customary excitement and enthusiasm. The Sobhakrutu Nama Ugadi festivities took place at the Chief Minister's official home, where numerous ministers, officials, leaders, and supporters were in attendance. The Chief Minister conveyed his greetings to all Telugu people and wished them a happy and prosperous Telugu new year. Wearing traditional clothing, the Chief Minister and his wife welcomed the guests. The couple also felicitated priests, artistes and singers who took part in the celebrations.
