On March 13, the polling for the MLC elections in Andhra Pradesh is set to take place. In Tamballapalle constituency, located in the Annamayya district, Nara Lokesh has been instructed by the authorities to halt his ongoing Yuva Galam padayatra and leave the area. The reason behind this directive is to ensure the election code of conduct is respected. TDP National General Secretary has announced that he will take a break from Yuvagalam padayatra, in compliance with the election code. Accordingly, Lokesh will be leaving Kannavaripalli in Madanapalle constituency. The Tahsildar has made it clear that the rules of the election code of conduct will be implemented and enforced, as per the law. Nara Lokesh has taken this decision based on the advice of the police. He will resume his padayatra from Kannavaripalli once the election code of conduct is no longer in effect. Lokesh will only return to the area after the polling for the MLC elections is over.
