Important observations about the capital of Andhra Pradesh have been made by former MP Undavalli Arun Kumar. The former Rajahmundry MP said during a speech at a gathering that the actions made in favour of capital should be binding in terms of legal and constitutional matters. Undavalli responded to CM Jagan's remarks on AP Capital by saying he was unable to comment because the matter was within the court's purview. He indicated he would make a statement once he had complete clarification on this matter. When asked by the media that CM Jagan will soon take office in Vizag, the former MP quickly declined to respond, claiming that the matter was critical. According to Undavalli, this subject has never been addressed before and has no precedent. He has made it clear that the court will consider the constitutionality of the law, the legality of the legislation, and the legislative proceedings.
