New Delhi: An independent committee has found that Shankar Mishra, who allegedly urinated on a senior citizen in an inebriated state on an Air India flight, is considered an "unruly passenger" and banned from flying for 4 months. Mishra has been added to the airline's "No Fly List" and the decision has been shared with the Director General of Civil Aviation and other airlines in the country. The incident occurred on a flight from New York to Delhi on November 26, 2022 and a case was filed on January 4, 2023 based on a complaint from the woman.
