The makers of Waltair Veerayya, the eagerly anticipated movie starring Mega Star Chiranjeevi, have hosted a pre-release event on January 8, 2023, in Vizag. The movie is scheduled to hit theatres on January 13, 2022. It is already known that the main character, who plays a fisherman, spends a significant amount of the movie shooting in Vizag. The actor Ravi Teja, who most recently had a respectable hit with Dhamaka, will play ACP Vikram Sagar. Other leading roles in the film included Shruti Haasan, Catherine Teresa, Bobby Simha, Rajendra Prasad, and Vennela Kishore among others.
