Vizag CP Srikanth clarifies on Waltair Veerayya pre-release function arrangements
The pre-release event for the Waltheru Veeraiah movie, in which Mega Star Chiranjeevi stars, has been planned for Visakhapatnam Beach Road. According to Srikanth, the commissioner of police in Visakhapatnam, they have instructed the film unit to make other arrangements due to the traffic issue for security considerations. He said that the event be moved to a different location since thousands of visitors congregate on Beach Road on weekends, which could cause traffic and law and order issues.
According to the CP, the film unit asked permission to hold the event at AU Engineering Ground, and as a result, authorization was granted.
Thousands of the mega star's followers from all across the State are anticipated to attend the event, which is set for January 8 (Sunday).
