In the last eight years, the State Government has invested a remarkable Rs. 15,690 crore in 141 Urban Local Bodies, excluding Greater Hyderabad, according to Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao (KTR). The Minister addressed the people while leading a workshop on Pattana Pragathi on Thursday and said that the recognition given to Telangana's Urban Local Bodies (ULBs) by the Central Government is a reflection of the State Government's hard work. According to the Minister, Telangana may be the only State to have invested Rs. 15,690 crore in ULBs and completed a variety of projects, including Pattana Pragathi, Swachh Bharat Mission, CM assurances, Mission Bhagiratha, State Finance, and others.
