The cost of the intranasal Covid vaccination from Bharat Biotech has been made public. The price of the nasal vaccine would be 800 rupees plus 5% GST. The Union Health Ministry has authorised the intranasal Covid vaccine from Bharat Biotech as a booster dosage for those 18 years of age and older. The pricing of the needleless vaccination, which is offered on the CoWin platform, is Rs 325 for shipments to the Government of India and state governments and Rs 800 for private markets. The nasal COVID-19 vaccine, iNCOVACC, was created in collaboration with Washington University in St. Louis. This institution had designed and developed the recombinant adenoviral vectored construct, which was tested for effectiveness in preclinical studies and is stable between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.
