Uttar Pradesh: In a shocking incident, a miscreant snatched a gold chain from a woman who was watering her plants at her residence. The incident took place in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. The incident was recorded on CCTV cameras. In the footage, a bike-borne miscreant has seen wandering in the streets and later he has seen entering the premises of a house. Later, the woman has seen indulging in an argument asking him to leave her house. Immediately the person attacked the woman and snatched a chain from her neck. The incident raised questions about the safety of women.
