The happenings seen in the video were not customer luggage, IndiGo responded to the post when it gained popularity on social media sites. According to the statement, the boxes seen in the posted video aren't actually customers' belongings; rather, they are non-fragile merchandise being transported in quick-moving, light containers.

However, the solution resulted in a deluge of complaints from IndiGo passengers who claimed their luggage had been harmed.
