Minister Gangula Kamalakar reacts to TV9 media over CBI issuing notice to him
Gangula Kamalakar, the minister for civil supplies and BC welfare, has received notice from the CBI officers asking him to appear before the CBI headquarters in New Delhi on Thursday (December 1, 2022).
The CBI officials went to the Minister's home, interacted with the Minister's family, and gave a notice about a case involving the arrest of a bogus IPS officer named Kovvireddy Srinivas.
In response to the event, the TRS Minister told TV9 journalists over the phone that during a recent get-together, several of his well-known associates introduced a man by the name of Srinivas and said that he worked with the CBI. According to the Minister, he was later exposed as a fake CBI officer and was detained in Delhi.
In response to a question, TRS Minister indicated that since his images and contact information were discovered with him, he was likely given notice of the inquiry.
'When I speak with CBI authorities, I will provide the specifics of these developments,' the Minister stated..
