The Chief Minister voiced concern that the central government's ridiculous economic policies and poor choices are harming not just Telangana's development but also the nation's economy. The measures, he claimed, are "slitting the throats of the states and destroying the spirit of decentralization" because they are politically driven and vengeful. KCR claimed that Telangana has lost more than Rs 40,000 crore in funding as a result of the national government's ill-considered policies and decisions. He claimed that the state is being financially hindered at every turn, which slows down its development.
