On November 6, 2022, hundreds of people boarded a "floating train" that travelled through one of Thailand's biggest water reservoirs. Due to an uncommon post-monsoon spike in water levels, passengers can experience the illusion of aquatic rail travel. The route begins in Bangkok, the capital of Thailand, and travels six hours to the Pasak Jolasid Dam in the province of Lopburi. The unique train will operate between November and February, according to official reports. Only the weekends will see train service. As of now, all reservations for the specified train upto the month of January have been made.
