Hyderabad: An ACB court rejected the petition filed by the Moinabad police requesting the remand of the accused three persons who allegedly tried to lure four TRS MLAs with crores of rupees to join the BJP due to the lack of proper evidence. It is learnt that the court also mentioned that this case can't be treated as a case of corruption. The Court asked the police to interrogate the accused by issuing notices under Section 41 of CrPC. The police produced Nanda Kumar, Ramchandra Bharati and Simhayaji before the judge at his residence in Saroornagar late on Thursday.
