CM Jagan dedicates third unit of SDS Thermal Power station to the nation - Nellore

The third APGENCO facility was officially opened and dedicated to the country by Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in Nelathuru in the Muthukur mandal of the Nellore district. The state government has set up an 800 MW unit on war footing at Sri Damodaram Sanjeevaiah Thermal Power Station (SDSTPS) in Krishnapatnam, Sri Potti Sriramulu, Nellore district as part of the goal to improve the state's capacity to generate power in accordance with future needs. Every day, 19 million units of power will be produced.

The Chief Minister remarked that the state has advanced in the area of power generation today while speaking at the event. The 800 MW plant at Damodaram Sanjivayya Thermal Power Station, built by AP Genco with cutting-edge supercritical technology, is being dedicated to the country today.
