Before the Munugode By-Polls, the major political parties in Telangana have been using all political tactics to sway the electorate. Senior party leaders have been vocally criticising each other to strengthen their arguments during this process. Senior leaders from the BJP and TRS have both criticised one another while debating in the BC Aatmiya Sabha. As he recalled the heroic deeds of independence warrior Sardar Sarvai Papanna Goud, Union Minister G. Kishan Reddy criticised the state's alleged familial politics. Minister KTR for Municipalities and IT in Telangana in the BC Aatmiya Sabha has hailed CM KCR for launching the numerous social programmes that have benefited BC and other communities. He recalled how Union Minister Purushottham Rupala had praised the Telangana government for putting some of its innovative social programmes into action. The Telangana administration has been under fire from Telangana BJP Rajya Sabha member K Laxman, who claimed that the state failed to keep proper corporations for various BC communities.
