The Baroda women's cricket team's bus was involved in an accident at Visakhapatnam. The bus, according to sources, was carrying the players after the women's senior T20 match that was played in Visakhapatnam and was en route to the airport. At the Tati Chetlapalem national highway, the bus collided with a lorry that was travelling in front of it, causing the accident. According to reports, there were injuries among some players in the Bus. When Kancharapalem police learned of the event, they transported the four injured players to Apollo Hospital for treatment. According to police, their condition is now fine.
