A Bengaluru-based startup called Freshot Robotics has installed a "idli ATM" there to quickly produce, package, and distribute them. According to media reports, businessmen Sharan Hiremath and Suresh Chandrashekaran created the startup. The now-famous video shows how the steaming idlis are neatly wrapped and delivered in a matter of minutes. The complete process is demonstrated in the video, from ordering food by scanning the QR (quick response) code placed nearby to completing an online payment using the code supplied to the customer's phone and then scanning it at the machine. The video is currently popular on the internet, and comments have been pouring in.
