In UP, a person who attempted to portray the world's creator during Ramleela passed away on stage. A video of a man suddenly collapsing on stage while playing Lord Shiva in a Ramleela play has been making the rounds on the internet. The incidence was reported in Jaunpur, in the state of UP. In the video, a man impersonating Lord Shiva is seen holding a trident and others can be seen folding their hands while the priest offers prayers to the Shiva impersonator, who is clad in leopard leather. After a while, the performer portraying Shiva can be seen abruptly falling to the ground on stage.
