M Venkaiah Naidu, a former vice president, examined a telescope that a teacher from the Nellore district had built to teach students astronomy secrets. The astronomy mobile vehicle was launched by Venkaiah Naidu at Mohammedapuram School in the Sangam mandal in the Nellore district. As part of the World Space Week celebrations, science instructor Subramanyam promised to visit the villages and explain to the students the principles of astronomy. Every year, from October 4 to 10, people around the world mark World Space Week (WSW) to honour science and technology and their positive impact on society.
