The 25-year-old made the announcement of her engagement to longtime boyfriend Nupur Shikhare via a sweet proposal video posted to her Instagram account. Fitness trainer Shikhare, after taking part in a cycling competition in Italy proposed Ira in a filmy manner. Shikhare chose to make a fairly dramatic proposition. He got down on one knee and proposed to Khan while holding a ring in his hand. She eagerly said yes. Later, Ira shared the video on her Instagram handle that has gone viral. When the adorable proposal video was shared, the comments and likes poured in. Many of the couple's friends and well-wishers raved over the sweet gesture and bestowed their blessings.
