Karimnagar CP reacts to Etela Rajender's allegations on gun licenses in Huzurabad
Etela Rajender, a BJP Legislature from Telangana's Huzurabad constituency, claimed that additional gun licences were issued in his Huzurabad constituency. In a press conference on Wednesday, the former minister asserted that he and his family members face a life-threatening situation. He declared that the TRS administration would be held accountable if anything bad happened to him or his family.
In response, Karimnagar Commissioner of Police Satyanarayana explained, saying that only two people who face a maoist threat were given licences to possess firearms. He suggested not to take the social media posts on these matters seriously.
