MLC Kavitha files defamation case against BJP leaders

Hyderabad: Political heat triggered in Telangana after alleged Delhi liquor scam. It is known that West Delhi MP Parvesh Sahib Singh Verma alleged that the Delhi liquor scam has links with Telangana CM KCR's family and dragged the name of TRS MLC Kavitha in the scam. Reacting to the allegation, Kavitha filed a defamation case against the BJP leaders at 33 district Courts in the state.

Kavitha denied the allegations of BJP leaders and termed them as baseless. She alleged that BJP leaders targeted her as she is the daughter of CM KCR. On the other hand, Banjara Hills CI Narender said that a case has been registered against 29 persons who staged a protest before Kavitha's residence.
