After opposition lawmakers heckled the finance minister during her response to the inflation debate today in the Lok Sabha, Nirmala Sitharaman has lost her cool though she maintained her limits. The opposition lawmakers started interrupting the minister as soon as she began speaking. The Finance Minister responded angrily as the series of disruptions lasted for over ten minutes. Despite numerous pleas from the Speaker, Nirmala Sitharaman's opponents persisted in being disruptive. She has criticised opposition lawmakers from the Congress and TMC for heckling and making fun of her. "Excuse me, madam! Are there any issues if I speak? Nirmala responded to a female MP who made fun of her.
