The floods in the Godavari region of Telangana, according to Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao(KCR), were caused by a cloudburst that was possibly a plot orchestrated by other countries. He presented this conspiracy notion on Sunday to residents of Bhadrachalam town who were compelled to take refuge in relief shelters because of the overflowing Godavari river.
