Shimla: A video of a four-storey building in Shimala collapsing due to continuous rains is now doing rounds on the internet and shocking the netizens. According to the reports, a building in Chopal market collapsed on Saturday around 12:30 pm. It is learnt that a Dhaba, UCO bank, a bar and other business shops were located in the building. The bank was closed on the second Saturday and therefore no employees attended the office. It is said that a few men were sitting in the bar on the ground floor and they ran out of the building after they noticed some cracks in the window glasses.
