Today at around 5:30 pm, there was a cloudburst at the lower Amarnath Holy Cave, and some people are reportedly missing. Due to the rapid water flow close to the sacred cave, three langars have been destroyed. Authorities arrived on the spot right away and started conducting rescue efforts. According to ITBP, some casualties are feared, but details are still unclear. According to the Police, there have been two casualties so far. There are rescue teams working. Along with other authorities, ITBP teams are participating in the rescue operations. In order to rescue individuals, J&K Police, the Indian Army, and other organisations have also been called upon.
