Today in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, the prime minister interacted with the students of a public school. The students played the drums, performed yoga asanas, and sang religious and cultural songs. PM Modi called and acknowledged the students' talent after being impressed by them. After the BJP's victory in the Assembly elections earlier this year, this was the PM's first trip to Varanasi. The prime minister has already been spotted socialising with children. PM Modi spoke to students for a short time on July 4 at the Digital India Week in Gandhinagar.
