Vijayawada, July 4: Security lapse during the PM visit to Andhra Pradesh (AP) surfaced on Monday as black balloons released by the AP Congress leaders came close to helicopter in which Narendra Modi, Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy and Union Minister Kishan Reddy were flying to Bhimavaram in West Godavari district from Gannavaram airport. It is a protocol to declare no fly zone in a route travelled by the PM through plane or chopper. However, APCC general secretary Rajiv Ratan and other Congress functionaries released black balloons from a construction site near Kesarapalli. The police are probing the incident.
