Telangana's minister of information technology, KT Rama Rao, penned an open letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday in advance of the latter's visit to the city in which he made fun of the BJP leadership. KTR wrote in the letter that it should come as no surprise that Hyderabad was chosen for the BJP's national executive meeting rather than other backward cities or states run by BJP leaders. KTR added, 'It is too much to assume that the BJP leaders will talk about progress and the welfare of people with enmity and narrowmindedness ingrained in their DNA.'
