Hyderabad: In a big shock to TRS, Corporator Vijaya Reddy, daughter of Congress leader late P Janardhan Reddy is going to join the Congress party. Addressing the press meeting, Vijaya Reddy said that she met Revanth Reddy to tell him that she wants to join the Congress party soon as she wants to work under the leadership of Sonia Gandhi. It is known that Vijaya Reddy aspired MLA ticket from the Khairatabad constituency on the TRS ticket but Nagender is representing the constituency. Vijaya Reddy's joining the Congress party will strengthen the party roots in the constituency as she is having a strong hold in the constituency.
