Deepika Padukone is presently shooting for her upcoming film Project K in Hyderabad. The Bollywood actress was reportedly brought to the hospital recently after complaining of discomfort on the film's set. According to media sources, Deepika was immediately rushed to Hyderabad city's Kamineni hospital, where she was examined by doctors. She is presently fine and has been told to take rest. According to some sources, the actress had some gastric problems. 'She is recovering after being treated,' according to a source cited by the news portal. So far, there has been no formal confirmation from Deepika's team. Apart from Deepika, project K also features Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan and Disha Patani in key roles. It is helmed by Nag Ashwin.
