A twist on Amnesia pub incident: A case filed against Raghunandan Rao!

A case has reportedly been filed in Abid Police Station against Telangana BJP MLA Raghunandan Rao for allegedly releasing part of the photos and a video of the young girl in connection with the gang-r*pe case. Despite the fact that Raghunandan Rao previously stated that he had not exposed the victim's face or identity, a case was apparently brought against him in accordance with Supreme Court norms.
According to sources, a case has been filed against the BJP MLA under the IPC 228A section. The case was filed against him at Abids after the BJP MLA gave a press conference at the Nampally BJP state headquarters, which is located in Abids.
M Raghunandan Rao, stated on Monday that he was prepared to face all consequences after sharing the video and images of the incident.
