The Prime Minister's Mudra Yojana is a scheme designed to prevent rural migration and encourage people to pursue self-employment. Loans are being made available to help unemployed youngsters, aspiring entrepreneurs, women, and small business owners better their living conditions. As a result, despite the scheme producing the intended outcomes in the first phase, the second phase has been watered down, particularly in Telugu states. When young people visit bank authorities in search of loans, they are turned down for a variety of reasons. Despite the fact that the criteria are allegedly the same, the bankers are acting differently. As a result, the youth who are pursuing self-employment are being let down. In almost every country, small enterprises are among the largest employers. There are 51 million formal and informal small companies in India. They employ roughly 40% of the labour force. Despite this, only roughly 5 million small enterprises have access to small business loans.
