A child lost Rs 44 lakh while playing a cell phone game. It may seem unusual, but it happened. Amberpet, Hyderabad, was the location of the incident. According to sources, the boy initially spent some money online to play the game, and the gaming staff also showed their hand and made 44 lakhs. The grandson of a retired police officer, first paid Rs 1500 for an online game on his cell phone. Then he lost money 60 times at a rate of 10,000. During this period, the gaming personnel depleted 44 lakhs from the retired police officer's account in multiple instalments via net banking. Unaware of all of this, the retired cop went to the bank to withdraw cash and discovered that there was no money in the account. He promptly reported the incident to the cybercrime police.
